You have bars, restaurants, groceries, trendy shops, galleries, gym and all types of services in the area, but also close transportation if needed. Metro Noviciado L2, metro Plaza de España L3 and L10 and metro Santo Domingo L2 are just around the corner, as well as many bus lines (2, 3, 46, 74, 75, 147, 148 and night buses N16, N18, N19, N20 and N21) and rental bike stations. Although in the very heart of city, it is a quiet property as it is located in an antique courtyard from the 19th century, so no need to worry about the noise. It is on first floor (out of 2) with nice light and no elevator (not possible to fit one). It is fully furbished and carefully equipped, so I believe it has everything you need for a great stay, with details such as smart tv, coffee maker, hair dryer, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, hot water kettle, iron (probably not using it that much, but there it is, just in case!), etc. The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new appliances and utensils, such as stove, oven and blender. The studio has high ceilings of over 10 feet and an open space that includes living room-dining room and the double bed bedroom.
