Although in the very heart of city, it is a quiet property as it is located in an antique courtyard from the 19th century, so no need to worry about the noise. It is on first floor (out of 2) with nice light and no elevator (not possible to fit one). It is fully furbished and carefully equipped, so I believe it has everything you need for a great stay, with details such as smart tv, coffee maker, hair dryer, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, hot water kettle, iron (probably not using it that much, but there it is, just in case!), etc. The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new appliances and utensils, such as stove, oven and blender. The studio has high ceilings of over 10 feet and an open space that includes living room-dining room and the double bed bedroom. There is also a sofa that can be converted into a single bed, which could be really convenient to receive some friend short visit during your stay.
