Upstairs, there is a hallway with a built-in wardrobe, three bedrooms, and a full bathroom with a shower. The master bedroom has sea views and includes a dressing room. Utilities are not included. Pets are not allowed. *Documentation proving employment stability (pay stubs, permanent contract, income statements, employment history, etc.) will be required. Those unable to provide this documentation should refrain from applying. Proof of stable monthly income for the last six months will be considered, provided that the monthly rent does not exceed 40% of said income.
