It consists of a living-dining room, kitchen, backyard with barbecue and washing machine, private terrace with awnings and furniture, on the first floor there is a bathroom with a shower, on the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom. Air conditioning and 600 Mbps fiber optic internet are installed. Air conditioning is installed in the living-dining room and in the master bedroom. Pets are allowed. Rental cost: 650 euros per month + electricity bills. It can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. Rental conditions: - Limited rental period: from 02.01. 2025 to 31.05. 2025, without extension; - The minimum rental period is 2 months; - The maximum period: until 31.05. 2025 - Spanish ID or passport for foreigners; - The tenant must be registered in the place of his/her habitual and permanent residence in Spain or in a country of the European Union; - The tenant must be financially solvent, that is, prove a net monthly income of at least 1,600 euros in Spain (show the 3 most recent pay slips and a recent work history report); - Deposit for possible damages: 2 monthly payments; - Maximum number of pets accepted: 2 medium-sized dogs (15kg) - Additional payment for cleaning at the end of the stay.
