Does not include: - Garage, air conditioning, large oven, or dishwasher. Mandatory basic conditions: - Seasonal rental only, minimum 12 months - Maximum 1 or 2 adults per apartment. - Birds, dogs, or cats are not allowed to maintain peace and hygiene in the building for the well-being of the residents. - Reservations cannot be made more than 15 days after the visit. - Payment for the reservation must be made within 24 hours of the visit. - Minimum requirements: 1. - Permanent or long-term employment contract with net income sufficient to cover the rent plus expenses. 2. - Payslip(s) showing a net income of at least €1700 and a permanent employment contract with a minimum of 6 months' tenure are required. 3. - Employment contracts are only accepted from the person(s) who will be living in the property. 4. - Employment contracts or payments from third parties are not accepted, and no more than two adults are allowed per property. 5. - If renting as a couple, both must have proof of employment sufficient to cover the rent.
