Example: If the agency fee is ?200 per month and you are staying for 3 months: ?200 × 3 months = ?600 total agency fee DEPOSIT: - up to 6 months rental period: The deposit fee is one monthly rent month - more than 6 months rental period: the deposit fee is two monthly rent.
