It is on the 9th floor and features a spacious bedroom with two single beds, a built-in wardrobe, and air conditioning. It has an equipped open-plan kitchen, a bathroom, a living/dining room also with air conditioning and access to a pleasant terrace with beautiful views of the sea and the Peñón del Santo (Saint's Rock).
